Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That is why we offer a 30-day returns policy. Here’s how it works:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply call our customer services department, as soon as you have received your goods and explain that you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email at sales@shippingcontainersltd.com

No refund will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless product is faulty. Returns can only be honored if the product(s) in returned intact.

Refunds

After your return has been checked and passed all our conditions, we will process your refunds to the same payment method you used when you purchased from us. Your refunds will be processed within 7 working days. If 10 days have passed and you have not received your refunds yet, then contact us.

1. Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging in which it was bought.
  • The goods have not been used and in the same condition in which you received it.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

2. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

3. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
